- New customizing option: Hide seqno. on customer order on receipt

Bug fixes
- Removed api definition /sync from script eft
- Fixed some error handling in eft-script
- Denominations is now saved when doing "till to bag" tender movements from Till count app
- Fixed a bug where "Balance since last till count" could overflow in poslog
- Fixed a bug with typing in discount in "Manual transaction discount" was not possible
- Fixed a bug in the numpad, where it was not possible to type in 0.01
- Fixed a bug where gift receipts for payments on customer orders would not work properly
